The lack of hot water in the shower may be a drawback for some, but the stunning beachfront location and serene ocean views more than make up for it. The hotel offers tours and ticket assistance, catering to guests' desire for exploration. The pet-friendly policy was a bonus for us, with our dogs enjoying the clean swimming pool and beach access.The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided convenient dining options, although indulging in the local gastronomy came with a price. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV added modern comforts, but the air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms could have been more effective.In conclusion, Punta Franca offers an exquisite beachfront experience, despite some minor shortcomings. Guests seeking luxury should be prepared to weigh the value proposition of this unique retreat carefully.
